Chef Jose Piñar is one of Costa Rica's top chefs specializing in gourmet cuisine and local fare. He creates his signature dishes using only the finest organically grown local ingredients. Jose has worked at some of the top restaurants in Costa Rica and Central America and is currently located in Playa Herradura near the world famous Marriott Los Sueños Resort and Marina and Jaco Beach. He has been featured in several local magazines and television programs for his culinary prowess.
